the room is lovely, it is in a tourist area. 10 minutes walk from central porto.

There's dust in some areas.

Great place for exploring Porto. Feeling that I loved the hotel after staying for 4 nights. The double room was well maintained and comfy. A hair dryer and bath sheets were available there. Nice gardens on the territory.
